Job Description

We are hiring a Backend Developer (Java) to design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices that power our Home Loan Integration & Implementation program. You will

work on building resilient APIs, ensuring secure data access, and enabling seamless

integration across loan origination, servicing, channels, and legacy systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java Spring Boot.
Build the integration layer for seamless connectivity between origination, servicing, channels, and legacy systems.
Implement event-driven workflows using Dapr and Temporal for resilient, distributed transaction management.
Ensure secure and performant data access patterns with YugabyteDB.
Contribute to unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
Support strangler pattern rollouts by building APIs that gradually replace legacy functionality.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot and microservices development.
Skilled in building high-quality, maintainable, and scalable services.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and database systems.
Ability to ensure secure, reliable integrations across multiple systems.
