Java Corporate Trainer

As an angel-funded Edtech platform focused on transforming college graduates into industry-ready engineers, Hyper Launch is seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Corporate Trainer like you to deliver high-quality training programs to corporate clients. Your role will involve teaching, mentoring, and guiding trainees to enhance their skills and prepare them for real-world applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Training Delivery:** Conduct engaging training sessions on Full Stack Java development, covering topics such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like Angular or React. - **Curriculum Development:** Collaborate with the training team to develop and enhance training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date with industry standards and best practices. - **Hands-On Projects:** Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and projects that allow trainees to apply their knowledge in practical scenarios. - **Problem-Solving Assistance:** Assist trainees in resolving coding challenges and debugging issues to deepen their understanding of Full Stack concepts - **Assessment and Feedback:** Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, projects, and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement - **Corporate Readiness:** Prepare trainees for corporate environments by instilling best practices in coding, teamwork, and project management. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong command of Java and related technologies. - Previous experience in a training or mentoring role is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and corporate needs. **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles. - Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
