Java Back-end Support Engineer

We are looking for a Java Back-end Support Engineer to join our team. Primary Responsibilities: Provide application support by monitoring the application support queue and addressing each issue as per the set protocol. Ensure all emails are answered in a timely manner and follow up on each issue to closure. Liaison with the respective project leaders of the systems to create and maintain knowledge base documents for the applications. Ensure the latest versions are always accessible to the users. Continually identify ways to improve support and decrease avoidable support tickets. Identify improvements to applications, processes, and business logic to meet user needs and communicate to the team lead. Read through code and logs to reason and understand its intent. Analyze configurations, application and system log files to determine the cause of the issues Work independently with clients and should possess excellent written & verbal communication skills. Perform data and log analysis in order to troubleshoot errors and user questions. Work with the development/engineering team to analyze the data when necessary and promptly follow up with the user. Track issues, bringing them to closure in a timely manner Logically work through problems to determine their cause and how they can be resolved. Give an accurate daily handover of all business-critical occurrences to peers in other locations across the globe. Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication. Maintain a positive, constructive, team-oriented attitude as well as sound judgment with all job responsibilities. Desired Skills and Experience: 2-4 years of experience Strong Java experience Strong Springboot experience Knowledge on Public API, Restful APIs Familiarity with Authentication and Authorization File Transfer Methods SOAP || REST || Remote Procedure Calls || DNS Errors - API Call Failure || Error Codes Field - URL API Endpoints Incident Management - L1/L2 Triaging an incident and Prioritization
