Java Angular FullStack Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer with 10 12 years of hands-on experience in software development. This role requires a dynamic professional who can handle both development and operational responsibilities , with flexibility to be allocated based on project needs, primarily where developer skills are in higher demand. Lead and participate in full software development lifecycle activities including planning, analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Manage and maintain development and operational tasks efficiently. Ensure code quality, security, and best practices are followed. Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for production issues.
