Language: Japanese Language is a must.
Location: Udaipur Education: - B.E./B. Tech in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
8–12 years of experience in a quality control role in a manufacturing environment.
Certification in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Quality Assurance, or related fields (preferred).
Work Experience: 10yrs +
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Manager with a background in mechatronics to lead and manage our quality assurance processes at our Udaipur facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality control within the manufacturing industry, with strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the quality control function across all manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer specifications. • Implement and manage quality systems as per ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards. • Supervise inspections, testing, and evaluations of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. • Analyze quality metrics, identify root causes, and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, R&D) to address quality issues and drive process improvements. • Handle internal and external quality audits, including documentation and corrective actions. • Address customer complaints related to product quality in a timely and professional manner. SKILLS: Strong understanding of mechatronic systems (mechanical + electrical + electronics + control systems). Proficient in quality tools and techniques: 7 QC Tools, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, PPAP, 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis. Hands-on experience with quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949. Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Familiarity with measurement instruments and calibration processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments and with external stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like MS Office, ERP systems, and quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, Minitab). Ability to handle customer audits and lead quality presentations. Business acumen with a focus on profitability and cost management Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the ATM sector. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
