Japanese OM & Billing Analyst II

You will be joining NCR VOYIX Corporation as an Order Management & Billing Analyst II based in Bangalore. Your main responsibilities will include: - Coordinating order processing and billing activities for Order Management contracts - Supervising and managing daily tasks of the Customer Advocate Team, overseeing legal agreements, equipment database maintenance, invoicing, compliance with NCR Voyix policies, reconciliation, reporting, archiving, and record retention - Providing internal and external audit support as required Qualifications required for this role are as follows: - Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Order Management and Billing, preferably in a global or multinational company - Language skills: Proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory Basic qualifications include: - Collaborative work approach with different team members - Strong problem-solving and customer service skills - Effective communication skills at all levels of the process - Dedication and accountability - High sense of urgency and passion for delivering excellent service - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred qualifications include exposure or experience in outsourcing, global/multi-country experience, and analytical skills.
