Role - Japanese Interpreter

Location - Chennai

Experience:

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Tamil Language & English Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Japanese language skills with N2 certificate and above
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities

• Interpret Japanese English/Tamil during meetings and technical discussions
• Translate emails, documents, and presentations
• Support Japanese expats with accurate interpretation to avoid miscommunication
• Provide on-site interpretation in offices, factories, and warehouses
• Assist with travel bookings and hotel arrangements for Japanese staff
• Help expats with everyday needs like FRRO and bank setup
• Interpret during internal meetings, site inspections, and daily tasks
• Handle general admin duties including basic accounting
• Facilitate smooth communication between Japanese and local teams
