IVR/IVA Engineer

solid Java and IVR/IVA experience

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of IVR/IVA solutions, with a focus on Java-based customizations.
• Support ongoing migration to

  NICE CXone

  and integration with

  Amelia

  conversational AI.
• Partner with QA engineers, architects, and product owners to test and improve call flows.
• Assist with automation and workflow scripting; learn Groovy as needed.
• Collaborate with UK-based stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and processes.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Java development

  experience (flexible depending on project exposure).

• 3+ years of IVR/IVA development

  (any platform: Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, Twilio, Five9, NICE, etc.).
• Willingness to

  learn and work with NICE CXone and Groovy

  .
• Familiarity with conversational AI/virtual assistant tools (Amelia, Alexa, Dialogflow, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in distributed teams.
• Flexibility to align with

  UK time zone

  working hours.
