IVR TESTING

You will be responsible for testing IVR and API automation, identifying areas for proposing API automation, and leading a team in Agile methodology. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating test plans, scenarios, cases, and executing tests - Managing test data effectively - Demonstrating team-leading skills It is mandatory to have experience in IVR testing and API automation, along with knowledge of Agile practices. Good to have skills include Java, Selenium, and BDD Framework. Excellent communication, JIRA proficiency, and stakeholder management are also crucial for this role. Qualifications required for this position: - 8-10 years of experience in IT testing - Proficiency in API automation and IVR testing - Strong knowledge of Agile methodology - Excellent communication skills - Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management Please note that this is a Contract to Hire position based in Pune with a hybrid mode of work.
