Job Summary:

IVR Developer/Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable IVR solutions using platforms like

  Twilio

  and

  M365

  .
• Lead and mentor a team of IVR developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Integrate IVR systems with cloud platforms such as

  AWS

  or

  Azure

  .
• Build CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment using tools like

  Kubernetes

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in system architecture design and provide input on performance and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all customer-facing solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation using

  Jira

  ,

  Confluence

  , and

  GitHub

  .
• Work closely with QA teams for test planning and automation (e.g.,

  Cyara

  ).

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, including

  3+ years in IVR development

• 2+ years of experience in

  team or technical leadership

  .
• Proficiency in IVR platforms such as

  Twilio

  ,

  M365

  , or similar.
• Hands-on experience with

  .Net, Java, Node.js

  , or relevant scripting languages.
• Solid understanding of

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure) and

  DevOps tools

  (CI/CD, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools:

  Jira, GitHub, Confluence

• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in

  Twilio, Cyara

  , or other IVR platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience with

  Amazon Connect

  Genesys

  Avaya

  , or

  Cisco IVR

  is desirable.
• Exposure to

  customer data privacy/security compliance

  standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
