IVF Nurse

Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care & Support

• Educate patients on fertility treatments, medications, and IVF procedures.
• Provide emotional support and counseling throughout the treatment cycle.
• Monitor patients during ovarian stimulation and egg retrieval processes.

2. Clinical Duties

• Assist in IVF procedures such as OPU (Ovum Pick-Up), Embryo Transfer (ET), and IUI.
• Administer fertility medications and injections as prescribed.
• Monitor patients for side effects or complications and report to the physician.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate scheduling of IVF cycles, ultrasounds, and lab tests.
• Maintain clear communication between patients, doctors, embryologists, and lab technicians.
• Explain instructions related to medication protocols, dietary restrictions, and follow-up visits.

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Document treatment plans, medication administration, and patient progress in the EMR system.

5. Compliance & Quality

• Follow hospital and national guidelines for patient safety and infection control.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are sterile and available for procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of latest fertility practices and advancements.

Qualifications:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with State Nursing Council.
• IVF/ART training certification preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fertility clinic or women’s health setting.
• Experience in handling IVF protocols, injections, and patient education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
