Job Role: ITSM - Change Management

Job Location: Hyderabad

Exp Range: 6Years to 8Years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):

• Strong knowledge on Change Management process
• Chair Cab, eCAB, technical CAB, PIR review etc meetings
• Ensure Change Management process, procedures and policices are followed throughout the organization
• Responsible for continual process improvements
• Closely work with other process leads and ensure all activities are supported with a Change record in place
• Ensure there are no unauthorized change that takes place within the organization
• Assist team with understanding various type of change as per ITSM and ensure all changes are logged accordingly
• Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Strong cimmunication skills to be able to share timely business level communications for major technical changes
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
