Roles & Responsibilities :

Position Details

Job Title: IT Co-Ordinator for GL Office

Functional Area: IT and Digital

Location: Adugodi (Bangalore)

Job Purpose / Objective

IT Partner for GL Office

1.Basic IT support tasks: Monitor the issues and intervene if expertise is needed or in case of escalations. (The team of engineers from BD will be the first point of contact for any IT issues. Dedicated email and phone number provided to reach this team)

2.Responsible for ensuring complete IT set-up and support for Board Meeting/GL Office events/VIP meetings including physical presence at venue. Enable solution design for IT requirements. Collaborate with the support group to ensure prompt resolution (BD IT support team/FCM team will provide on-site support, if required)

a.Major events listed below

i.Board Meeting and associated calls/press conference. Management of Board Meeting Application. Connectivity for Independent Directors and other participants.

ii.AGM

iii.GL Office events

iv.VIP meetings with internal and external stakeholders

v.Livestreaming events

b.Activities include but not limited to the following

i.MS Teams set-up

ii.Meeting monitoring

iii.Video Conference set-up, VC recording

iv.Display systems

v.Internet connectivity

vi.Knowledge and access management of respective Application (e.g. Diligent App used for Board Meeting)

vii.Printer set-up

3.Regularly review IT support team Service levels, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience:

4+ years of experience in Planning , event coordination and Leadership executive
