Job Summary:

As an ITI Technician at Gurukrupa Solar Trading Corporation, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar power systems. You will work alongside a team of engineers, electricians, and project managers to ensure that solar systems are installed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solar Panel Installation:
• Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other system components on rooftops or ground-mounted structures according to technical specifications and safety standards.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform regular maintenance and inspections of installed solar systems, diagnosing issues and resolving them quickly to ensure optimal performance. Test the solar system for proper functionality, voltage, and output to confirm the system is working according to design specifications. Adhere to safety regulations and industry best practices during installation and maintenance tasks to minimize risks and accidents. Maintain accurate records of installation work, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered. Report completed work to the project manager. Work closely with engineers, electricians, and other technicians to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of installations. Interact with customers when required, answering basic questions about system operations, providing updates on progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Education:

• ITI Certification
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of solar power systems, including photovoltaic (PV) technology, inverters, batteries, and wiring.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in using basic electrical tools, testing instruments, and safety equipment.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
