ITI - HVAC

Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections. Ensure proper functioning of controls and safety devices. Record all maintenance and repair work in logs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments. Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Assist in energy conservation initiatives by optimizing HVAC system performance. Collaborate with other technicians and contractors when necessary. Required Qualifications: ITI Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or equivalent. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, wiring, and troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics. Familiarity with tools and equipment used in HVAC repair. Good physical condition and manual dexterity. Basic computer skills for reporting and maintenance logging.
