Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated ITI Fitter to perform fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical components at our Kaman facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in using tools and machines, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fitting, assembling, and installation of mechanical components and systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate hand tools and fabrication machines (e.g., grinders, drill machines, cutting tools).
• Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure adherence to quality standards during operations.
• Work collaboratively with the production or maintenance team to achieve daily targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in mechanical fitting and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical/mechanical drawings.
• Experience in using basic mechanical tools and workshop equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in a factory or production environment.
• Physically fit and willing to work 12-hour shifts.

Preferred Candidate:

• Male candidate with an ITI Fitter certification and 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Residing in or willing to commute to Kaman.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 per month
