Responsibilities:

• Assembly of Machinery:
• Assemble mechanical components and machinery parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Fit and align parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Installation:
• Install machines and equipment at the designated locations within the plant or customer site.
• Ensure proper alignment, level, and fitment of machinery during installation.
• Maintenance and Repair:
• Perform routine maintenance of machines, including lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in machinery and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
• Fabrication and Welding:
• Cut, shape, and fabricate parts using various tools like grinders, lathes, milling machines, and welding equipment.
• Weld parts together when necessary, ensuring strong and durable joints.
• Reading Blueprints and Drawings:
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate assembly and installation of parts.
• Make modifications to designs as needed, coordinating with engineers for changes.
• Quality Control:
• Inspect and test completed assemblies for conformance to specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Equipment Setup and Adjustment:
• Set up machines for production runs, making adjustments to settings for optimal performance.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure precision and accuracy in manufacturing.
• Documentation:
• Maintain records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts used.
• Report any defects or issues with machinery to supervisors and suggest improvements.
• Safety Compliance:
• Follow all safety procedures while working on machinery, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards in the work environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
