ITI Assembly Harness Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ITI-qualified Assembly Harness Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, routing, and terminating wiring harnesses used in vehicles, electrical panels, or industrial machinery. The role demands precision, a good understanding of wiring diagrams, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.

Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and cables according to specifications.

Assemble wiring harnesses using jigs, fixtures, and tools.

Perform continuity testing and visual inspections of completed harnesses.

Use hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, cutters) and power tools where necessary.

Label and tag wires according to company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control processes.

Report any issues to supervisors or quality team.

Requirements:

Qualification: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Electrical, Electronics, Wireman, Fitter, or relevant trade.

Experience: 0–3 years in wiring harness assembly or electrical manufacturing (freshers can apply).

Skills:

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools.

Ability to understand technical drawings.

Good hand-eye coordination.

Team player with attention to detail.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
