Job Description

Teleperformance Global services is looking for ITF Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Responsible for overseeing the IT Framework (ITF) operations and ensuring alignment with business strategies. Manage and enforce IT governance, frameworks, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with cross - functional teams to define standards, policies, and procedures related to IT processes. Lead IT risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions. Drive the adoption of ITF best practices across departments. Evaluate and implement frameworks like ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards to enhance IT service delivery and controls. Provide strategic inputs on process improvements and automation. Monitor key IT performance metrics and prepare executive reports. Ensure regular training and upskilling of IT teams in framework - related updates.
