Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ITF Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience and a strong background in customer experience management, offering premier omnichannel support to top global companies.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the implementation of ITF solutions for seamless customer experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for customer experience management.
Provide training and support to team members on ITF tools and technologies.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of customer experience management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with ITF tools and technologies, such as CRM software and analytics platforms.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
