IT&D Senior Analyst, Platform Engineer-ServiceNow

You will have daily opportunities to learn from peers and leaders while working on impactful projects across various business functions, ensuring continuous growth and learning. ### Key Responsibilities: - Participate in managing the overall ServiceNow platform tooling, including ITSM, Platform Components, Integrations, and ITOM, in alignment with relevant processes and controls such as ITIL, GxP, EPM, GDPR. - Provide technical leadership for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing automations and integrations to maintain tool efficacy. - Contribute to the development of the Reckitt platform strategy to maximize the platform's features in line with entitlements. - Collaborate with the Reckitt ServiceNow platform team, ITSM Global Process owners, and other product/platform owners to support the platform roadmap. - Review existing setups and offer best practice recommendations to ensure alignment with OEM guidelines and maintain proximity to Out of Box solutions. - Drive strategic platform initiatives independently, focusing on areas like platform health, ServiceNow system compliance, integrations, Common Services Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, data management, access policies, and tooling. ### Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of overall experience with a strong technical background in ServiceNow (Washington DC / Xanadu), including expertise in the ServiceNow platform, data model, app development, scripting, and integrations. - Extensive ServiceNow experience (5+ years) with proficiency in technical architecture, design, and solutions, including Service Portal and mobile app development. - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and advanced knowledge of modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, Integrations, and Performance Analytics. - Ability to design and architect ITSM solutions, ServiceNow platform solutions, CMDB, and integrations. - Familiarity with additional product lines such as ITOM, ITAM, SPM, and experience in setting up and integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications. - Excellent understanding of ITIL processes, with practical knowledge of ITIL4 considered an advantage.
