IT&D Senior Analyst, Platform Engineer-ServiceNow

As a Platform Engineer at Reckitt, you will be a crucial part of the high-performance ServiceNow platform team responsible for ensuring the full utilization of the ServiceNow platform and Reckitt entitlements while aligning with the overall company goals and objectives. Your role will involve: - Participating in managing the overall ServiceNow platform tooling, including ITSM, Platform Components, Integrations, and ITOM, in compliance with relevant processes and controls such as ITIL, GxP, EPM, GDPR. - Providing technical leadership for the ServiceNow platform, overseeing automations and integrations to maintain the tools" effectiveness. - Contributing to the Reckitt platform strategy to maximize the platform features according to its entitlements. - Collaborating with various stakeholders, including Reckitt ServiceNow platform team, ITSM Global Process owners, and other product & platform owners to support the platform roadmap. - Reviewing the existing setup and offering best practice recommendations in alignment with the OEM to ensure close adherence to Out of Box standards. - Driving strategic platform areas independently, such as platform health, compliance of ServiceNow systems, integrations, Common Services Data Model (CSDM), CMDB, data, access, and tooling policies. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 6+ years of overall experience with a strong technical background in ServiceNow (Washington DC / Xanadu), including expertise in the ServiceNow platform, data model, app development, scripting, and integrations. - Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and knowledge of modules like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge, Integrations, Platform components, Performance Analytics. - Design and architecture experience in ITSM, ServiceNow Platform solutions, CMDB, and Integrations. - Additional experience in other product lines like ITOM, ITAM, SPM would be advantageous. - Familiarity with setting up and integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications. - Excellent understanding of ITIL Processes, with practical knowledge of ITIL4 being an added advantage.
