IT Training Center Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-driven IT Training Sales Manager to lead the growth of our [Centre Name / Location] branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall centre operations and take ownership of profit & loss (P&L).
• Act as an individual contributor – responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Understand all IT training products and effectively pitch them to students, working professionals, and institutions.
• Handle incoming enquiries, conduct counselling sessions, and convert prospects into enrolments.
• Perform cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing to generate business.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, seminars, and workshops to attract leads.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with trainers and the technical team to deliver a high-quality student experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in EdTech / IT training / institutional sales.
• Strong communication and counselling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for student success.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies (Full Stack, AI, ML, Cybersecurity, etc.) preferred.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
