• Design structured, comprehensive, and industry-relevant curriculum and modules.
  
• Create engaging, clear, and learner-friendly video content aligned with current industry standards.
  

2. Training Delivery & Knowledge Simplification

• Explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner for learners of varying proficiency levels.
  
• Incorporate practical examples, real-time scenarios, and hands-on demonstrations in the videos.
  
• Ensure all recorded content maintains high clarity, accuracy, and relevance.
  

3. Quality Assurance & Content Enhancement

• Review and refine content to ensure it meets organizational quality benchmarks.
  
• Update training materials as per evolving technology trends and market requirements.
  
• Maintain consistency, logical flow, and strong instructional design principles in all recordings.
  

4. Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the content team to align course objectives and delivery expectations.
  
• Respond to feedback and incorporate improvements in future recordings if required.
  
• Share all completed video modules and related materials for publishing on the platform.
  

5. Project-Based Engagement

• Record and deliver complete course videos as per project deadlines.
  
• Participate in a one-time payment engagement model based on course demand, content depth, and expertise.
  
• Ensure timely submission of all deliverables in the agreed format.
