We are looking for an experienced Tech Trainer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to train students and professionals on industry-relevant concepts. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver practical, hands-on training sessions, create training materials, and guide learners through real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and assignments
• Deliver both classroom and online sessions in an engaging manner
• Guide learners through real-time projects and coding exercises
• Assess student performance through tests, tasks, and evaluations
• Provide support, clarify doubts, and ensure learner success
• Stay updated with latest industry trends to improve training quality
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance course structure and content

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, OOP concepts)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Knowledge of databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Git and basic DevOps concepts
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS/Azure) is an added advantage
