IT Telesales Executive – Onsite

We are a Digital Marketing Agency offering services such as Website Development, Application Development, Digital Marketing, and IT Consultancy. We focus on delivering customized solutions to meet our clients’ marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly explain our digital and IT services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.

• Promote services including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Paid Advertising, etc.

• Maintain follow-ups and ensure consistent communication with leads.

• Update call logs, CRM entries, and prepare daily reports for the manager.

• Coordinate closely with the marketing and sales teams for smooth lead conversion.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or IT services (preferred).

• Ability to conduct professional calls and close sales effectively.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about achieving results.

Additional Details:

• Training: 3 days of mandatory training after selection.

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 + attractive incentives (Performance-based)
