Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site IT & Technical Support professional at Patidar Digital Hub, located in Indore. Your primary responsibilities will include network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, diagnosing hardware and software faults, and solving technical and application problems either over the phone or in person. Key Responsibilities: - Perform network administration duties - Troubleshoot technical issues - Ensure network security - Provide excellent customer service - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - Diagnose hardware and software faults - Solve technical and application problems over the phone or in person Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Network Administration and Network Security - Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting - Exceptional Customer Service skills - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are an asset - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred,
