Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site IT & Technical Support professional at Patidar Digital Hub in Indore. Your main responsibilities will include network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, diagnose hardware and software faults, and solve technical and application problems for customers both over the phone and in person. Key Responsibilities: - Perform network administration tasks - Troubleshoot technical issues - Ensure network security - Provide excellent customer service - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - Diagnose hardware and software faults - Solve technical and application problems for customers Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Network Administration and Network Security - Proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting - Exceptional Customer Service skills - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are an asset - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred,
