IT TECH SUPPORT

You will be a proactive and tech-savvy team member in an education-focused organization, playing a key role in managing content workflows, supporting students, coordinating virtual sessions, and maintaining basic technical systems. - Upload and manage educational content and test series across platforms; ensure timely publishing and quality control. - Handle student engagement through activations, reminders, and follow-ups; provide prompt assistance and maintain clear communication. - Schedule and manage Google Meet sessions for classes and webinars; ensure seamless execution of online meetings. - Identify and troubleshoot technical issues; suggest improvements to enhance user experience on web and mobile platforms. - Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on software and hardware systems as needed.
