We are seeking a talented and creative Video and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in shaping the visual storytelling of our brand, contributing to the success of our marketing campaigns, events, and educational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing and Production: Edit high-quality videos for social media, ads, and promotional campaigns. Use the latest tools and AI technologies to create engaging reels. Assist with video shooting during events and outdoor activities. Photography: Capture and edit high-quality photos during events and for marketing purposes. Enhance photos to maximize visual impact and brand alignment. Graphic Design: Design posters, graphics, and promotional materials for team activities and campaigns. Create custom multimedia content that aligns with Race2Excellence's branding. Design and edit educational videos and photos that communicate key messages. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with marketing and design teams to meet project goals. Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive storytelling across all media. Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and other relevant software. Implement SEO best practices in video content to enhance social media engagement. Optimize media for various social media platforms. Media Management: Maintain and update media libraries for easy access and future use. Troubleshoot and resolve media-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery. Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest editing techniques, tools, and design trends. Suggest enhancements and innovative ideas for ongoing and future projects. Qualifications: Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and photography. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom). Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
