IT & System Support Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior IT & Systems Administrator to support day-to-day IT operations, system management, and basic technical troubleshooting. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in IT systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain basic IT systems, servers, and applications
• Manage user accounts, system access, and allocations
• Provide daily technical support for hardware, software, email, and network issues
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and required software
• Assist in data backup, system documentation, and asset tracking
• Ensure basic security practices (passwords, antivirus, access control)
• Support employee onboarding and off-boarding from an IT perspective
• Coordinate with vendors or senior IT staff when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networks
• Familiarity with MS Office, email systems, and basic troubleshooting
• Willingness to learn system administration and IT operations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Noida Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
