You will be joining a global team at e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. as an IT Systems Administrator. Your role will involve providing first and second level support for technical infrastructure, including laptops, mobile devices, end-user applications, and services. Your responsibilities will include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software, troubleshooting issues promptly, and offering end-user assistance when needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure end-to-end user experience and act as the single point of contact for user incidents and requests - Provide white glove support experience for senior management - Resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner, communicate progress promptly, and handle customers professionally - Log and track incidents and requests, ensuring timely resolution and fulfillment - Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex problems for end-users, recommending and implementing solutions - Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot users' workstations and related hardware and software - Collaborate with other IT resources to resolve incidents beyond your scope **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems administration, preferably in a global company in the retail or technology sector - Passion for providing excellent service and maintaining professionalism - Strong customer service skills - Willingness to provide on-call support and off-hours maintenance work You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems and providing efficient support to end-users.
