IT Support Specialist-Korean & English

As a Level 1 IT Support Specialist, your role involves providing remote technical assistance to users as their initial point of contact. Your main responsibilities will include: - Serving as the first line of support for users requiring IT assistance. - Conducting initial assessments and basic troubleshooting for technical issues. - Resolving common IT problems and operational issues remotely. - Documenting user inquiries, reported issues, and solutions in the ticketing system. - Escalating unresolved functional or technical problems to Level 2 support. - Guiding users through step-by-step resolutions and best practices. - Ensuring timely follow-ups and issue tracking for escalated cases. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Strong troubleshooting skills with a basic understanding of IT systems and networking. - Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English (both spoken and written). - Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset. - Ability to multitask, prioritize issues, and work independently in a remote setting. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in an IT support or help desk role, familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools, and an ITIL Foundation certification (a plus).,
