Primary Objective

Ensure timely and secure deployment of patches to all endpoint devices to

reduce vulnerabilities and maintain system performance.

Key

Responsibilities

- Monitor desktops, laptops, and other endpoints for missing OS and

software updates.

- Schedule and deploy patches using approved patch management tools.

- Test updates on a pilot group before organization-wide rollout.

- Track and report patch compliance metrics to the CISO.

- Escalate patch failures or post-update issues.

-Document processes, maintain patch logs, and ensure audit readiness.

- Troubleshoot patch-related problems in coordination with senior IT staff.

- Ensure all patching activities comply with the organizations security

policies.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) Freshers eligible

- Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS and common enterprise software.

-Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, LAN/WAN).

- Familiarity with update processes for OS and applications.

- Good communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to follow processes and work under supervision.
