Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide remote guidance and assistance for device installation and troubleshooting
Install and resolve issues related to control devices and relevant software
Support access control device setup, connectivity, and diagnostics
Assist with Aadhaar authentication device installation and troubleshooting
Deliver technical support via phone calls, chat, and ticket-based systems
