As an IT Support Executive at our company, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients requiring technical assistance via phone. Your responsibilities will include listening attentively to client inquiries, offering accurate information and solutions, guiding clients through technical processes and resolutions, and collaborating with the technical team to address client issues effectively. It is essential to handle risky client interactions calmly, empathetically, and professionally while staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical aspects. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with patience, empathy, and the ability to explain technical details clearly. A basic understanding of technical concepts and problem-solving techniques is required, and previous experience in customer service or technical support for at least 1 year is advantageous.
