IT Support Executive / Senior Executive (Need Male Candidate)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including hardware systems, CCTV surveillance, biometric devices, and Logic ERP software. The candidate will provide on-site and remote support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware & Networking Support:

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues.
• Manage antivirus, software updates, and IT asset inventory.

• CCTV & Biometric System:

• Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and monitor functionality.
• Familiar with

  CP Plus CCTV

  or similar CCTV applications for monitoring and maintenance.
• Manage biometric attendance systems such as

  Matrix Biometric

  , and ensure proper integration with

  HR One payroll

  or similar applications.
• Perform regular data backup and connectivity checks.

• Logic ERP Support:

• Provide user support for Logic ERP (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounts modules).
• Assist with daily data entry, report generation, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for escalation and version updates.
• Train end-users on ERP operations and ensure data accuracy.

• General IT Support:

• Provide first-level IT support to users (on-site and remote).
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime of all IT services.
• Maintain issue logs and prepare regular IT reports.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in

  Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics

  .

• 3–5 years

  of relevant experience in IT, hardware, or ERP support.
• Knowledge of

  Logic ERP

  ,

  CCTV systems (CP Plus or equivalent)

  , and

  Biometric/Payroll integrations (Matrix, HR One)

  preferred.
• Strong understanding of

  networking

  Windows OS

  basic SQL
