Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide first and second-level support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
Respond to and resolve Service Requests (SRs) and Incidents within defined SLA timelines using a ticketing tool.
Troubleshoot and support end-user applications including Microsoft Office, browsers, and collaboration tools.
Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and replacements for desktops and laptops.
Support and maintain VC devices (Zoom, Teams Rooms, etc.) including setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues related to LAN ports, IO ports, and basic switch/router interfaces.
Coordinate with other IT teams for escalations and follow-ups.
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures.
Educate users on best practices and preventive measures.
Participate in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
Basic understanding of Email server, O365 & email related configurations
Basic understanding of the Firewall and l2 or l3 Switches

Must have:

End-User Support: Experience in providing technical support to end users including hardware-level diagnostics, operating system troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to Email, SharePoint, and file Server.
Basic Understanding of fundamental networking and Active Directory concepts and protocols
