Job Description

Job Title: IT Support Executive

Location: Bund Garden, Pune

Job Brief: The IT Support Executive will be responsible for managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, websites, and system vendors. The role ensures smooth IT operations, system security, and uninterrupted technical support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain all company hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, operating systems, and applications.
Maintain and update company websites; coordinate with developers/hosting vendors as required.
Provide day-to-day IT support to employees (email, system access, troubleshooting).
Manage IT vendors for AMC, software licenses, hosting, and system upgrades.
Ensure data security, backups, antivirus updates, and access control.
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and system records.
Support new employee onboarding (system setup, email IDs, access rights).
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.
BCA graduate with practical IT exposure.
Hands-on experience with Windows OS, MS Office, email systems, and basic networking.
Basic understanding of website management and hosting platforms.
Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
