IT Support Executive

Job Title- IT Support/Desktop Support
Job Timings- 10 am to 4 pm

• Troubleshooting technical issues including hardware troubleshooting and Voice/telephonic troubleshooting.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Resolving network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software including formatting laptops.
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software like- Google Workspace.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults including any hardware issues like- RAM upgrade, SSD upgrade.
• Prior experience in Access Provisioning, CRM Software
• Maintaining hardware inventory stock.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Minimum qualification- Graduate or diploma in relevant IT domain
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Be available for on-site support during agreed-upon hours/days.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
