Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and perform basic networking tasks such as configuring firewalls and routers.
Assist in installing Windows operating systems on new devices and perform routine maintenance tasks like updating drivers and firmware.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in IT support or related field (desktop administration).
B.Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university in any specialization.
Strong knowledge of desktop support principles, including hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in installing Windows operating systems and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Experience with Outlook configuration setup.
