We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our IT department. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping users resolve IT-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first- and second-line technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system issues across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and VoIP phones.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and IT infrastructure components.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
