IT Support Analyst US Voice Process

You will be joining our team as an IT Support Analyst based in Mohali, working the night shift on a full-time employment basis. Your primary responsibility will be to provide voice support to our US customers who are experiencing issues with system performance, applications, and peripherals. Key Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from US customers and effectively troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, email, Microsoft Office, and network devices. - Document all support tickets and ensure that resolution details are accurately updated in the CRM system. - Identify opportunities to promote and sell technical service plans to customers when appropriate. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English. A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support is required, and you should be comfortable working night shifts and adept at troubleshooting system-based issues. This is a full-time and permanent position based in Mohali, where you will be providing in-person support to our valued customers.,
