IT Solutions Engineer (HR Service Junior Expert)

Your key responsibilities include overseeing the on- and offboarding processes for external partners, facilitating seamless orientation, contributing to process improvement initiatives, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting customization of Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) portals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving incident tickets, and participating in scrum events. To qualify for this role, you should have completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field. First experiences in HR IT project management, knowledge of SAP HR systems, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills in English, ability to work independently and proactively, experience with Agile development methodologies, and familiarity with enterprise systems are required.
