Job Summary:

The IT Software Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing software solutions that align with business needs. The role involves evaluating existing systems, gathering requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the development and implementation of new applications or upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional software specifications.
• • Evaluate existing software systems for improvements, upgrades, or integration needs.
• • Collaborate with developers, testers, and end-users to ensure the software meets functional and performance expectations.
• • Document software requirements, technical specifications, and system workflows.
• • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments for new software solutions.
• • Support the software development life cycle (SDLC) including planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, bugs, or enhancements.
• • Maintain version control and software configuration documentation.
• • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data privacy standards, and licensing agreements.
• • Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Requirements:

• • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• • Experience: 46 years of experience as a Software Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Technical Skills:

• • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Ginesys, Winings, etc.)
• • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, UML, and wireframing tools.
• Having Good Knowledge in MS Excel ( look up's, Pivot Table , etc..........)
• • Knowledge of databases, system integration, and APIs.
• • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python) is a plus.
