Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, including prospecting, cold calling, pitching, and structured follow-ups. Your ability to nurture conversations from initial outreach into genuine interest and qualified meetings will be crucial for final conversion and contract closure. Key Responsibilities: - Perform end-to-end lead generation for enterprise IT services/software solutions sales - Conduct cold calling and pitching to potential clients - Nurture conversations from initial outreach into genuine interest and qualified meetings - Collaborate with senior team members for final conversion and contract closure - Demonstrate well-presented and fluent communication skills Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in enterprise IT services/software solutions sales - Proficiency in cold calling and pitching - Ability to nurture conversations from initial outreach into genuine interest and qualified meetings - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written What We Offer: - Opportunity to grow into a Sales Head role in the near future, within an established Tech company - Chance to build and lead the sales function - Competitive compensation aligned with IT sales experience, including strong incentives for performance - Exposure to enterprise clients in India and abroad Please Note: Male candidates are preferred for this role.
