IT Service Management Senior Analyst

As an IT Service Management Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering BPaaS or Managed Service solutions throughout the service lifecycle. Your tasks will involve partnering with business development, acting as a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME), and contributing to the enhancement of clients" supply chains and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing oversight and management of demand management processes - Coordinating demand to the appropriate teams within the Business Technology Services (BTS) organization - Supporting new business discussions - Managing business expectations regarding the overall delivery of BTS technology services and strategy The ideal candidate for this position should have: - A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (advanced degree preferred) - At least 5 years of experience in technology solutions and implementing complex supply chain solutions - Proficiency in systems design and development processes, software engineering, and enterprise applications - Strong knowledge of information security, risk management, and industry compliance requirements - Excellent networking skills in a cross-functional environment - Exceptional communication and presentation abilities In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams as a technology partner, support Demand Management and Change Management processes, and offer guidance on software engineering best practices. You will also assist in new business initiatives, coach customers and SSC business, identify operational inefficiencies, manage customer demands, inform product roadmaps, and lead BTS tasks supporting business development activities to ensure alignment with BTS product strategy.
