Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 support for desktop management, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Manage incident tickets through ITSM tooling, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation or specialized expertise.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring on Windows-based systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for IT service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in Desktop Management or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure services, including servers, storage area networks (SAN), network attached storage (NAS), etc. .
  • Proficiency in managing multiple operating systems (Windows) and basic knowledge of Linux commands.
