Job Description

Interview Mode: F2F only

Work mode : WFO(5 Days)

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 support for desktop management, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software.
Manage incident tickets through ITSM tooling, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation or specialized expertise.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring on Windows-based systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for IT service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in Desktop Management or similar role.
Strong understanding of infrastructure services, including servers, storage area networks (SAN), network attached storage (NAS), etc. .
Proficiency in managing multiple operating systems (Windows) and basic knowledge of Linux commands.
