IT Senior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst with experience in articulating, negotiating, and finalizing user stories with client stakeholders, you will be responsible for detailing and analyzing requirements while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Your expertise will be crucial in producing deliverables such as requirement specifications and user stories, as well as collaborating with Agile teams for requirement grooming and sprint planning. Your role will involve working closely with UI/UX and Visual design teams to guide the product's user interface process. You should possess technical acumen to understand modern web/mobile application development and data structures, enabling you to contribute effectively to product development. In addition to your analytical skills, you will be required to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both in written and verbal forms, to ensure the alignment of product business requirements. Your documentation skills will be essential in detailing user stories, preparing business process flowcharts, and creating functional and system requirement specifications using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or AHA. Furthermore, your ability to visualize user interface features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct testing during product development stages, and manage User Acceptance Testing will be integral to the success of the projects. You will also play a key role in developing user documentation, providing business support, and training users, showcasing your excellent presentation skills. This position may involve short to medium-term travel to client sites. A year of experience in IT Business Analysis is preferred for this full-time role, which offers health insurance and Provident Fund benefits.
