IT Security Analyst

As an Information Security Specialist, your role involves supporting the front-line defence of networks, protecting information from unauthorized access and violations. You will analyze and assess potential security risks, develop plans to deal with incidents, and implement measures such as firewalls, encryption, monitoring, and auditing systems for abnormal activity. Your responsibilities also include executing corrective actions and conducting penetration tests to expose security weaknesses. Key Responsibilities: - Protecting the system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources - Recognizing problems by identifying abnormalities and reporting violations - Implementing security improvements by assessing the current situation, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT (BE/BTECH) - Preferred Certifications: - SOC Certified Expert - Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) - CompTIA Security+ - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) - Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) - Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) The company values skills in security, information security, IT, management, SOC, access, and SIEM.
